Policies
The following information will be helpful in planning your catered event:
Catered meal services can be provided for hospital-sponsored employee functions or events.
Catered meal services, must be approved by your department’s vice president or his/her designee before Food and Nutrition Services will process the order.
To serve you in the best possible manner, approved catered meal services requests must be submitted at least two working days’ (48 hours) before the event to guarantee your specific order and time. Catering orders with less than 24 hours’ notice will be based on product and staff availability.
Approved requests for special catered services- such as holiday events, employee activity events, barbecues, receptions and dinners – must be submitted to Food and Nutrition Services at least 14 days before the event to provide sufficient time for preparation and resource allocation.
All deliveries include disposable utensils, paper ware and all necessary condiments unless otherwise specified.
Our professional catering attendants will set and clean up all food items.
To facilitate accurate billing, please be sure to complete all of the billing information on the catering order form. We bill all functions when the order is accompanied with a valid Charge Number. We also accept cash, and other forms of payment.

Our regular catering hours are from 7:00AM to 7:00PM, Monday through Friday.
All cancellations must be received in writing in our office at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your event. Same day cancellation may result in charge of full purchase price.
